- Archive & curated pieces: Usually delivered within 7–21 business days, as they're often shipped directly from our partner warehouses overseas.
- Mystery boxes & vintage pieces: Shipped from our UK base within 2–5 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
📦 Where do you ship from?
We ship from two places:
- Asia – for streetwear and archive pieces sourced from exclusive markets and brands.
- UK – for vintage, personal archive, and mystery box orders.
This hybrid system helps us keep prices fair and bring rare pieces from underground scenes straight to your door.
🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
Note: Due to the nature of mystery boxes, these are final sale.
If there’s a sizing issue or defect, reach out and we’ll try to make it right.
